General terms and conditions of business
1. Scope
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders via our online shop. Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot primarily be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.
2. Contractual partner, conclusion of contract, correction options
The purchase contract is concluded with DaySeeShop.
The presentation of the products in the online shop does not represent a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog. You can first place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before sending your binding order by using the information provided for this in the ordering process and use the correction aids explained. By clicking the order button, you are making a binding offer for the products contained in your shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent by email immediately after you submit the order.

Delivery options
We ship the products to the delivery address specified in the ordering process.
We only deliver by mail. Unfortunately, a self collection of the product is not possible.
5. Payment
The following payment methods are generally available to you in our shop.
Credit card, debit card
During the ordering process, you provide your credit or debit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after you place your order.
giropay
In cooperation with the payment service provider paydirekt GmbH, Stephanstr. 14-16, 60313 Frankfurt a. M we offer the payment methods giropay. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via giropay, you must have a bank account activated for online banking, identify yourself accordingly and confirm the payment instruction. Your account will be debited immediately after you place your order. You will receive further information during the ordering process.

Giropay can offer registered giropay customers selected according to their own criteria additional payment options in the customer account. However, we have no influence on offering these modalities; Further individually offered payment modalities affect your legal relationship with giropay. PayPal
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (“PayPal”), you must be registered with PayPal, identify yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out by PayPal immediately after placing the order. You will receive further information during the ordering process.

The product remains our property until full payment has been made.

7. Transport damage​​​​​​​
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such errors to the delivery person as soon as possible and please contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences whatsoever for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, they help us to be able to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance company.

We always have unlimited liability for claims due to damage caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents
